• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We ship internationally. ^_^

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Why is shipping so expensive?

  We deal with Canada Post and cannot change the fees charged for light packets. Shipping within Canada comes with a free tracking number but any orders outside of the country do not unless specifically asked for. (Which will also require an extra fee.)

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
